Giordana Pasini

Born in 1981, after graduating from classical high school at the Vincenzo Monti Classical High School in Cesena, she graduated from the University of Bologna, Faculty of Law, in the academic session 2006/2007, discussing a thesis entitled "Women in Criminal Law" with Prof. Lawyer Nicola Mazzacuva, Professor of Criminal Law.

She carried out her legal practice at the office of Lawyer Luca Ferrini in Cesena and deepened and specialized, from the beginning, in the treatment of criminal matters.

She has been enrolled in the Bar Association of Forlì-Cesena since 2011. In addition to criminal law, her field of choice, she has also gained extensive experience in civil law, particularly in separation and consensual divorce practices and appointment of support administrators.

Since 2016 she has been collaborating with psychologist Dr. Chiara Pracucci in organizing public conferences on Cyberbullying and Pathological Gambling, developing the regulatory aspects underlying these highly topical issues.

She is enrolled in the national unified list of lawyers available to take on court-appointed defenses and in the list of lawyers qualified to practice at state expense.
