Luca Ferrini
Founder and Senior Lawyer
Born in 1974, after graduating from classical high school, he graduated from the University of Bologna, Faculty of Law, in the academic session 1997/1998, discussing a thesis on Computer Damage with Prof. Ugo Ruffolo.
He carried out his legal practice at the office of Lawyer Carlo Piccoli in Cesena and, after military service in the Artillery Corps, from 2000 to 2003, he attended the office of Prof. Lawyer Nicola Mazzacuva, Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Bologna.
Qualified to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation, he was Vice-President of the Bar Association and advisor to the "Fontana Elliot" Forensic Foundation.
He teaches at the bar exam preparation course organized within the Forlì-Cesena Forensic School, as well as at the qualification course for the role of court-appointed defender organized by the Criminal Bar of Romagna.
Currently, he is in his second term as councilor to the municipality of Cesena, with responsibility for Security.
He has scientific publications in the legal field to his credit.
